Position Overview:

System One is seeking a skilled HR Systems Analyst to contribute to our Time and Pay Technology initiatives. In this capacity, you will collaborate with essential stakeholders to identify and convert business requirements into effective technical solutions for our UKG and Workday platforms.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Principal Business Analyst in overseeing technology projects that pertain to time entry and payroll operations within the UKG and Workday systems.
  • Facilitate post-implementation review processes, including the collection of business requirements and their translation into actionable tasks for technology integration.
  • Manage and prioritize technology-related tickets concerning time and payroll, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Engage with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to collect process information, document requirements, and relay updates to the Center of Excellence (COE) and SMEs.
  • Collaborate closely with a dedicated Time and Pay Technology team, comprising 4 technology specialists, 2 Workday payroll technology experts, and 1 Principal Business Analyst.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements, documentation, and converting them into technical solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of time and payroll systems along with employee lifecycle processes.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Practical experience with HR Information Systems, specifically UKG and Workday.
  • Robust problem-solving capabilities to tackle complex challenges.
  • Technical proficiency in HR software, MS Office Suite, and Visio.
  • Preferred qualifications include knowledge of union payroll, advanced Excel skills, and experience in the utility sector.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a business or technical role within the HRIS domain is required. Educational qualifications may substitute for experience, but a solid grasp of HRIS payroll processes is crucial.

Compensation:

$44.83 per hour
