Medical Sales Consultant for Biopharmaceutical Partnerships

Syneos Health Careers offers a dynamic opportunity for a Medical Sales Consultant to join our team in partnership with a leading Biopharmaceutical company. As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders and delivering clinical brand presentations to healthcare professionals.
About the Role
The successful candidate will achieve sales targets by developing an integrated territory business plan, identifying key influencers, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. A strong understanding of the healthcare delivery system and local market trends is essential. This role requires collaboration with peers and support partners to deliver an extraordinary customer experience and manage territory budgets effectively.
Requirements
To be considered, candidates should possess a BA/BS degree in Life Sciences or a related field. Business-to-business sales experience, a sales degree, or 2+ years of pharmaceutical experience are highly valued. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, business analytics, and account management skills, as well as the ability to learn and apply products and disease states.
Salary and Benefits
This role comes with a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, a company match 401(k), flexible paid time off (PTO), and sick time, ensuring a quality-of-life balance.
