We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team at Mondelez International.

This role will focus on maximizing sales, effective planning, and order-writing, as well as supporting and completing incidental activities such as merchandising, shelving, and pricing.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail/grocery merchandising and sales experience, with the ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment while meeting defined physical activities.

This position requires being on your feet working top stock, back stock (moving carts & pallets), building displays, removing displays, and merchandising loads to the shelf.

You will be responsible for developing strong business relationships with store management to provide service and value beyond the customer's expectations.

Additionally, you will work with customers to ensure sufficient product is ordered to support consumer take away, including from incremental racks and displays, for DSD.

As a key member of our team, you will monitor and report on competitive activity and document all pricing activities.

This role offers a comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefit package, in addition to paid vacation, holidays, 401(k) match, and Employee Assistance Program benefits.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $44,000 to $45,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
