Salary: $52-$100k commission-based salary with potential earnings up to $100k per year.

About the Job: We are seeking an HVAC Salesperson to join our dedicated team. As an HVAC Salesperson, you will evaluate residential and commercial customer needs and provide customers with repair options that suit their needs. You will work independently and collaborate with other team members as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose issues on residential and commercial service calls.
  • Generate new business and drive company sales to meet monthly sales goals.
  • Work directly with customers and HVAC technicians during project management.
  • Provide customers with repair and maintenance options and explain the work needed.
  • Maintain clean and organized workspaces and ensure proper tools and materials are available.
  • Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.


Requirements:
  • 2+ years of HVAC service experience.
  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good character and ability to work well within a team.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Neat, clean, and organized work habits.
  • A strong work ethic.
