At Spartan Management Group, we are seeking an exceptional HVAC Salesperson to join our team. As a Commercial HVAC Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for evaluating residential and commercial customer needs and providing customers with repair options that suit their needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate residential and commercial customer needs and provide customers with repair options that suit their needs.
  • Generate new business and drive company sales to meet monthly sales goal.
  • Work directly with customers and HVAC techs during project management.
  • Maintain clean, organized workspaces and ensure proper tools and materials are available.
  • Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements for this role include 2+ years of HVAC service experience, 2+ years of sales experience preferred, excellent communication and customer service skills, a positive attitude and willingness to learn, good character and ability to work well within a team, a valid driver's license and clean driving record, neat, clean, and organized work habits, and a strong work ethic.
