Position Title: Machine Operator

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Shift: 3rd Shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM

This role is critical in ensuring that the machinery produces high-quality components while achieving the required productivity levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation of tensioner machining equipment, including tooling adjustments and preventive maintenance.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic machine-related issues.
  • Ensure the quality of manufactured parts meets established standards.
  • Conduct quality checks on parts to verify compliance with specifications.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and microscopes.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Operate one production line at a time effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong manual dexterity and proficiency in operating various machinery.
  • Attention to detail is essential.

Language Proficiency: Ability to read and understand safety protocols, operational guidelines, and maintenance manuals.

Mathematical Skills: Competence in basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Ability to handle problems with defined variables in standardized situations.

This position may require weekend work with prior notice.
