Job Summary

US Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for producing high-quality parts by assembling components and subassemblies using hand tools and simple machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow work instructions and route sheets to assemble and pack products for various departments.
  • Inspect machines at the beginning of each shift and record findings on a check sheet.
  • Clean and lubricate machinery as needed to maintain optimal performance.
  • Inspect and place parts in designated trays to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Meet specified quantity and quality guidelines to ensure high-quality products.
  • Maintain equipment in a clean and organized condition to prevent damage and ensure safety.
  • Report faulty operations or defective materials to the supervisor promptly.
  • Conduct visual quality inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One to three months of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to use various machines required.
  • Attention to detail and ability to read and follow instructions essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise levels.
  • Ability to work in different environments, including dimly lit areas.
Physical Demands
  • Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, walking, standing, lifting, reaching, pulling, fingering, grasping, talking, and hearing required.
  • Heavy work: exerting up to 100 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Work Environment
  • Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
