Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to advance the Center's mission and goals
- Lead a talented team to create and sustain partnerships across the University and beyond
- Steward the Center's finances prudently and identify opportunities for cost-sharing
- Communicate the Center's activities and accomplishments to internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience as an institutional executive leader, preferably in a university setting
- Conversance in contemplative science research and experience managing researchers
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- A track record of leading productive organizations with ethical discernment and compassion
