About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Branch Coordinator to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with commercial paint customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Product Knowledge: Assist customers in selecting the right products and services, provide product recommendations, and stay up-to-date with product features and benefits.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Operations: Process sales transactions accurately, maintain precise work order files and formulas, and ensure that all sales and customer data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas, ensure that all products are properly stocked and displayed, and report any inventory discrepancies to management.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in a sales, customer service, or retail environment; experience in the paint industry a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English required; proficiency in Spanish or other languages a plus.
