Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teachers to design and implement instructional plans that align with state and national standards.
  • Provide coaching and support to teachers to enhance their instructional practices and improve student achievement.
  • Develop and facilitate professional development opportunities for teachers to improve their content knowledge and instructional skills.
  • Conduct observations and provide feedback to teachers to help them improve their instructional practices.
  • Work with teachers to analyze data and identify areas for improvement in student learning.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and motivation.
  • Collaborate with other educators to develop and implement school-wide initiatives to improve student outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Valid North Carolina teaching license in content area.
  • Master's degree in Education or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience as a successful content area teacher.
