Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teachers to design and implement instructional plans that align with state and national standards.

  • Conduct observations and provide feedback to teachers to help them improve their instructional practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Valid North Carolina teaching license in content area.
  • Master's degree in Education or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience as a successful content area teacher.
