You'll be part of a team that shares your passion for Modern Workplace IT services and solid knowledge of related technologies and products. You'll work in a dynamic environment where your team is responsible for multiple projects of varying scope, within an Agile structure based on priorities and business value. We're looking for someone with a strong passion for IT, excellent soft skills, and a consultancy mindset. You'll be involved in more complex end-user support (2nd or 3rd line) and contribute daily to or lead complex global Microsoft changes. Recent hands-on experience supporting enterprise-level Microsoft services and automation via PowerShell is essential.

Here's a glimpse into your daily tasks:

  • Managing and securing endpoints (like laptops and phones) using Microsoft Intune
  • Identifying and realizing automation and improvement initiatives, often through technology like PowerShell and Azure DevOps pipelines
  • Coordinating and resolving individual user requests to major service incidents
  • Coordinating and/or executing changes impacting DLL users worldwide
  • Managing service management activities towards Microsoft and other vendors
  • Continuously improving workplace security alongside M365 and security specialists
  • Staying updated on the latest developments and technologies in Microsoft Cloud
