Role Overview

At DLL, we are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management Lead Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT solutions and information based on business requirements. Your primary focus will be on leading and scaling effective enterprise-grade IAM solution initiatives, creating the vision and making it happen, researching and introducing technology products to fulfill DLL's IAM needs, and assessing IAM capabilities and identifying IAM needs in B2B, B2C, and B2E environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and scaling effective enterprise-grade IAM solution initiatives
  • Creating the vision and making it happen
  • Researching and introducing technology products to fulfill DLL's IAM needs
  • Assessing IAM capabilities and identifying IAM needs in B2B, B2C, and B2E environments
  • Developing automation capabilities to accommodate streamlined provisioning and reporting
  • Managing technical requirements and delivering features to infrastructure and application teams
  • Creating and refining adaptable and scalable (enterprise-wide) IAM processes
  • Providing technical direction and guidance to your team and other stakeholders

Requirements
  • Broad experience in the Identity Governance & Administration discipline
  • Ability to define sustainable IT Services, the strategy to get there, and drive implementation of these services
  • Track record of successfully executing projects in collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to create and refine processes that are adaptable and scalable for deployment enterprise-wide, preferably using Lean concepts
  • Experience developing services using an Agile methodology
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Customer-focused
  • 7+ years in the identity & access management space

Preferred Knowledge
  • Products like (Azure) Active Directory, SailPoint IdentityNow, Defender for Identity, and CyberArk
  • Concepts like federation, DevOps, APIs
  • TOGAF architecture framework
