Our structure allows you to capture and expand market share in designated Brooklyn regions, focusing on specific asset classes while working closely with our accomplished transaction professionals.

Earning Potential
This position operates on a commission-only basis, offering significant uncapped earning potential. With consistent business development, six-figure earnings are achievable within a few years.


Role Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the Brooklyn market through research and data collection.
- Organize and input data while receiving training on relevant commercial real estate software.
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling.
- Conduct neighborhood canvassing to gain visibility of asset types within your specialization.
- Engage actively in the commercial real estate community by attending networking events.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the leadership team.


Qualifications
- Must obtain and maintain a New York State real estate license (Salesperson or Associate Broker).
- A strong passion for sales, marketing, and the Brooklyn real estate market is essential.
- Must be coachable and open to feedback.
- Team-oriented individuals with integrity are preferred.
- Comfort with hands-on sales and marketing activities, including extensive cold calling, is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a basic understanding of finance, are necessary.
- Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential.
- A bachelor's degree in real estate, marketing, business, or finance is advantageous but not mandatory.
