Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director/Administrator to lead our facility operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage overall facility operations, including staff supervision, training, and development
  • Lead by example in customer service, employee relations, and quality assurance
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement an annual business plan to achieve financial goals and maintain high occupancy
  • Participate in sales and marketing activities to promote the facility and attract new residents
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 3-5 years of experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care facilities, or a combination of education and experience
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, and other software programs used by Evergreen Terrace
