**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meat and Seafood Department Manager to join our team at Sprouts Farmers Market. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Meat and Seafood department to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain high-quality products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage the Meat and Seafood team to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Assist the Meat and Seafood Manager in managing inventory, ordering, and merchandising to maximize productivity and profit.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with other store departments to ensure seamless execution of sales promotions, events, and initiatives.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and coach team members to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a leadership role, preferably in the grocery retail industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality products.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
