Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide timely and accurate administrative support to the Community Association Manager, including maintaining files, processing leases, and generating reports.
- Resident Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and colleagues, ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Community Operations: Assist with the coordination of community events, moves, and deliveries, ensuring seamless execution and excellent resident experience.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and update reports as instructed by the Community Manager, providing valuable insights and data to inform community decisions.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with residents, vendors, and colleagues through various channels, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
- Active Community Association Manager License: Possess an active Community Association Manager license in the state of Illinois.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and colleagues.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Possess a high energy attitude and ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Community Management Experience: Strong preference for community management experience or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
