Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Community Manager to join our team at Full Circle Communities, Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operations, management, and performance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Community Manager in the day-to-day operations of the property
  • Act as Community Manager in their absence
  • Provide administrative, physical, and financial oversight of the property
  • Develop and implement organizational systems to support accurate record keeping and efficient financial transactions
  • Conduct informative and personalized tours of the community to generate new leases
  • Build deep customer loyalty by consistently establishing positive interactions with prospective and current residents
  • Work closely with the maintenance staff to ensure the community's interior and exterior are pristine
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in multifamily property management
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong administrative, organizational, customer service, and communication skills
  • Computer savvy; YARDI or similar property software experience preferred
  • Tax Credit Certification (or to be obtained within 120 days of hire)
  • LIHTC experience
  • Budgeting and variance
  • Competency in Word and Excel
  • Assertive collection abilities
  • Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
