Relief Foundation Grant Specialist

Job Summary:
The Relief Foundation Grant Specialist – Community Impact will be responsible for managing multiple relief efforts, assisting in the reporting and communication of grant impact, and ensuring immediate response and exceptional customer service is delivered to local and state association partners.
About the Role:
This position will report to the Executive Director and the Director of Dues Compliance and REALTORS Relief Foundation Services. The ideal candidate will have 1 – 3 years of experience in a related role, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding disaster relief programs
- Provide support to relief effort team leads regarding application guidelines and core processes
- Audit disaster relief applications to ensure proper procedures are being adhered to
- Communicate findings of incomplete applications to local and state association management
- Timely review and approval of applications to ensure quick disbursement turnaround
- Reconcile charitable donation data entry and generate contribution and grant disbursement reports
- Provide administrative support with meetings and event planning
- Assist with writing policy and procedure manuals for the Foundation
- Secure current logos for organizational donors and request monthly updates of donors on the RRF website
- Prepare and distribute weekly listings of organizational donors and individual donors of $500 or more
- Communicate with grant recipient organizations to facilitate photos, testimonials, and recipient stories relating to grants awarded by Realtors Relief Foundation
- Develop communications based on grant impact for use via social media, print, annual report, media, NAR HUB, and newsletter
- Assist in developing materials to help state and local associations better implement grant distributions in their communities
- Maintain up-to-date listings of current and historical grants and report regularly to RRF staff leadership
- Maintain up-to-date information regarding grants on the RRF website, including interactive maps, RRF news pages, and homepage stories
Requirements:
- 1 – 3 years of experience in a related role, with member association experience or charitable organization experience a plus
- High attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation
- Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills with a high level of response to all inquiries
- Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Experience working independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $56,000 – $75,000, depending on experience. National Association of REALTORS provides comprehensive benefits, including health/dental/vision insurance.
