Compensation Package:
- Competitive salary range: $132,600.00 - $192,000 annually
- $30,000 retention bonus available

Key Responsibilities:


- Oversee the strategic planning to ensure high-quality services for residents in alignment with Lifespace Communities standards.
- Attract, recruit, and develop key leadership and management personnel within the community.
- Cultivate positive relationships with residents, their families, team members, and community organizations.
- Regularly communicate with senior leadership regarding operational challenges and solutions.
- Design and implement programs to comply with OSHA regulations and risk management protocols.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to establish clear expectations and monitor performance to achieve sales goals.
- Manage the annual marketing strategy to set and achieve sales objectives.
- Prepare and oversee the community's annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a continuing care retirement community, including executive leadership roles.
- Experience with Lifecare or entrance fee models is preferred.
- LNHA certification is preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, gerontology, or a related field; a Master's degree is highly desirable.
- Must meet one of the following criteria:
- At least 7 years as an executive director or administrator in a continuing care retirement community.
- At least 10 years in a senior living environment with demonstrated leadership in a health center.
- At least 10 years of progressive leadership in the hospitality sector, including hotel or resort management.
