  • Collaboration and Communication: Works closely with quality contracting, risk management, and patient safety managers to ensure timely completion of root cause analyses and corrective action plans.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverages data to inform decision-making and drive quality improvement initiatives.
  • Education and Training: Develops and deploys education and training programs to promote a culture of safety and high reliability.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, or Business.
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, with 10+ years of experience leading quality programs in a large, complex integrated healthcare network.
  • Certifications: Certification in CPHQ/CPPS required; Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
  • Licensure: Licensed as appropriate in the state of practice.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Leadership and Change Management: Strong leadership and change management skills.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze complex data and inform decision-making.
  • Quality Improvement Methodologies: Experience with quality improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements.
