Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical quality and regulatory metrics in assigned branches.
  • Collaborate with frontline clinical managers and staff to enhance care delivery and documentation requirements.
  • Monitor quality metrics for assigned markets and provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Conduct survey audits and support locations through the survey process.
  • Engage with branch leaders and clinicians to drive performance and improve clinical workflows.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Clinical licensure in the assigned geography (Registered Nurse).
  • Previous experience in branch leadership or clinical management.
  • Knowledge of HCHB and regulatory requirements.
