We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. in Stockton, CA.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Team Lead will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of maintenance personnel, ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation
  • Ensure all maintenance work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Manage and maintain inventory of parts and supplies, ordering as needed
  • Assist with budgeting and cost control for maintenance expenses
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide on-call support as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role within residential property management
  • Strong technical knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
