Key Responsibilities- Facilities Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
- Resident Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of resident units to identify and address any maintenance or repair issues.
- Property Appearance: Maintain the cleanliness and appeal of the property, including grounds-keeping and exterior maintenance.
- Work Order Management: Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime and ensure resident satisfaction.
- Unit Preparation: Prepare units for new occupancy, including cleaning and making necessary repairs.
- Property Turn: Assist with the property turn process, including preparing units for new residents and conducting final inspections.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of apartment or multi-housing maintenance experience required, with 2+ years preferred. HVAC certification preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time, use hands and fingers, speak, see, and hear, reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull, lift up to 25 pounds, walk, and climb stairs. Ability to think, concentrate, and communicate.
