Industrial Maintenance Technician III

WL Plastics LLC is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining industrial and facility equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including equipment installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Respond to plant breakdowns and unplanned outages, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Collaborate with operations personnel to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems.
- Participate in core-cause analysis to identify and address equipment failures.
- Assist in the startup of equipment after maintenance completion.
- Perform advanced maintenance tasks, including repairs and rebuilds on gearboxes and centrifugal pumps.
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a continuous process industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical systems, including PLCs, AC & DC drives, and instrumentation equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret P&ID drawings, mechanical drawings, and process concepts.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work safely in a production environment and lift objects up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including on-call duties.
The Maintenance Technician III will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with regular exposure to machinery, equipment, and production processes. The ability to work safely and effectively in this environment is essential.
