Job Overview

Browns Health and Rehab is seeking a highly skilled Admissions Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for managing the admission process, ensuring a smooth transition for patients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in growth revenue through inquiry, referral, and admission processes
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of admission agreements and welcome packets
  • Communicate effectively with the clinical team and other department heads
  • Provide internal backup sales/admission team support on inquiries, tours, and closing skills
  • Understand and explain products, services, and benefits offered by the facility to referral sources, potential residents, and family members
Requirements
  • High School diploma required
  • 1 year of relevant experience in admissions, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team
Physical and Sensory Requirements
  • Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday
  • Ability to see and hear or use prosthetics to function adequately
  • Ability to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner
  • Ability to function independently and work effectively with others
