We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our wholesale and retail customers, answering their questions about our products, and recommending the right solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale and retail customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answer customer questions about our products, including paint and coatings, and provide recommendations for the right solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and support.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features, and maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Collaborate with our inventory team to ensure that products are stocked and available for customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages as required by the location).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or wholesale environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
