- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features, and maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
- Collaborate with our inventory team to ensure that products are stocked and available for customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages as required by the location).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or wholesale environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
