Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Audit Supervisor to lead our team of auditors in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our clients' financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of auditors to achieve high-quality results
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members
  • Conduct performance evaluations and develop improvement plans
  • Monitor quality and quantity standards and set goals to improve performance
  • Assign work and adjust as necessary to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Provide ongoing cross-training and support in the audit process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience leading teams in an audit or related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
