Job Summary

The Construction Inspector will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of highway construction projects. This position requires a strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and processes, as well as excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct and document observations of construction as it progresses
  • Identify discrepancies or conflicts within construction documents
  • Collaborate with senior field representatives and project managers to ensure project quality and safety
  • Travel to projects throughout Idaho, Washington, and Oregon
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of overall experience as a Construction Inspector
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Proven problem-solving and documentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
