Position Overview:
- Role: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Available Shifts:
1st, 2nd, & 3rd shifts based on your preferences
Schedule:
Flexible availability from Monday to Sunday
Compensation:
$20-$22 per hour, with mileage reimbursement when applicable
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including eating, dressing, and toileting.
- Respond promptly to patient calls for assistance and notify medical personnel of urgent situations.
- Encourage residents to engage in physical activities and participate in scheduled programs.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as changing bed linens, cleaning rooms, and managing waste disposal.
- Collaborate with dining staff to ensure residents receive appropriate meals and support during mealtimes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred).
- Valid CNA certification.
- Current TB test and physical examination.
- Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate bedside manner.
- Able to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
- Willingness to travel is encouraged.
