Office Management Coordinator

Terry's Electric Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This full-time position involves providing administrative support to our management team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting internal and external inquiries
- Maintaining digital and electronic records
- Scheduling meetings and maintaining agendas
- Preparation of reports and documents
- Clerical tasks related to record processing
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in an administrative position (preferred)
- Great communication skills with management
- Bilingual skills (desired)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Data entry experience
