Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Channel Content Coordinator to join our Revenue Management Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing new OTA partner onboarding operations, with a focus on the Orlando area properties.

NDM Hospitality Services is a family-owned hospitality business that offers a unique blend of comfort and consistency in the vacation rental space. Our goal is to create identifiable brands with consistent accommodations, services, and amenities within the vacation rental market.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Implement systems for new properties, including PMS, OTAs, booking engine, and prominent website details.
  • Maintain accurate data throughout systems, ensuring consistency between all platforms.
  • Build and complete property listings, focusing on content, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Assist in marketing rental inventory on OTAs, listing sites, and metasearch engines (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb).
  • Collaborate with external associates, such as rent-ready teams, owner ambassadors, and channel reservations coordinators.
  • Respond to online reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to photograph rental inventory and upload content to property management software and 3rd-party travel sites.
Requirements:
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable, with a positive attitude and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent organizational and people skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in written and oral communication.
  • Proficient in Property Management Systems, MS Office (Excel and Word), and strong hospitality knowledge.
  • Attention to detail and ability to quickly adapt to changing systems and markets.
  • At least six months of resort or hotel experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Independent hotel background preferred.
  • Completion of AA preferred.
