  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for collaborating across various departments.
  • Proficient in ERP systems, production planning software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
