Insurance Account Representative

As a key member of Kathy Wall - State Farm Agent team, you will play a crucial role in building long-lasting customer relationships and driving business growth. Your expertise in insurance products and industry trends will enable you to communicate effectively with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support as needed.
- Utilize your knowledge of State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Employ a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop tailored solutions.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services to drive business growth.
