  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support as needed.
  • Utilize your knowledge of State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
  • Employ a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services to drive business growth.
