  • In-depth understanding of supply chain and manufacturing operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and MRP/ERP software.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • LEAN certification or relevant training.
  • Over 10 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations management.
