Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Systems Developer to join our team at Nuvance Health. As an ERP System Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the ERP System as it relates to supply chain in collaboration with the operations of the involved departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain system master files, templates, and workflows for all supply chain areas.
  • Manage the building and maintenance of the Item Master database to ensure duplications, obsolescence, and key data elements remain consistent.
  • Responsible for the coordination and maintenance integrity of the Vendor Master database with Accounting.
  • Manage the data interfaces from the Supply Chain ERP to clinical systems.
  • Responsible for system maintenance both internal and external to the Supply Chain. This would include changes involving pricing, Vendors, and products.
  • Receives input from Purchasing, Value Analysis, and Finance.
  • Prepares, conducts, and monitors software application training for supply chain.
  • Monitors, audits, and supervises the functionality, training, and education of the remote requesters for the Supply Chain Division.
  • Works directly with all departments to build and maintain the integrity of requisition templates. Runs reports routinely and by request.
  • Develops, plans, and coordinates validation testing and auditing procedures. Reviews software upgrades and enhancements and recommends system changes to Manager.
  • Works with Vendors and GHX to activate connectivity for electronic exchange of data including Purchase Orders, Receipts, and Invoices.
  • Maintain and Model Nuvance Health Values.
  • Demonstrates regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Significant experience with specialized Materials Management Software.
  • Specialized Lawson training required.
  • Minimum Experience: five years.
  • Minimum experience of five years in data management field or equivalent is acceptable.
  • Excellent organizational skills, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office applications.
