Job DescriptionAt Brown Enterprise Solutions Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Procurement Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for procuring IT goods, products, and services for our clients in the SMB market place.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research to identify computer technology products and services that meet our clients' needs.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of IT goods.

• Prepare and submit quotes and purchase orders, verifying specifications and prices, and monitoring shipments and resolving any issues that may arise.

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support and propose technology solutions to customers.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to ensure our clients receive the best possible solutions.

• Maintain accurate records and reports of procurement activities and provide regular updates to management.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in procurement and technology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of computer technology and willingness to learn.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
