* Maintain accurate records and reports, including member information, sales data, and club performance metrics.

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a health club, retail, hospitality, or food service industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, guests, and team members.
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Current CPR/AED certification and state certification (if applicable).
