Position Overview
As a Youth Support Specialist, you will engage directly with children facing significant emotional challenges, assisting them in managing the emotional turmoil associated with family transitions. Your contribution will be vital in guiding these young individuals, imparting essential coping strategies, behavior modification techniques, and social skills, while also helping them explore their personal aspirations and academic objectives. Participation in various community activities will be part of your role. We provide ongoing training and supervision to enhance your personal and professional development in this intensive home-based model.

- 15-30 hours/week
- Evening and weekend shifts / Wednesday-Sunday
- No on-call responsibilities

Qualifications:
- One of the following:
- Minimum age of 21
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven experience working with children or adults
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and service providers, accept supervision, and adhere to structured guidelines
- Rehabilitative Services Associate (RSA) certification:
- Preferred experience with high-risk youth
- Willingness to undergo a physical and TB (PPD) test within 30 days of employment
- Valid State Driver's License and automobile insurance required.
