Participation in various community activities will be part of your role. We provide ongoing training and supervision to enhance your personal and professional development in this intensive home-based model.

Qualifications:

  • One of the following:
    • Minimum age of 21
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Proven experience working with children or adults
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and service providers, accept supervision, and adhere to structured guidelines
    • Rehabilitative Services Associate (RSA) certification:
  • Preferred experience with high-risk youth
  • Willingness to undergo a physical and TB (PPD) test within 30 days of employment
  • Valid State Driver's License and automobile insurance required.
