Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced babysitter to join our team at Wyndy, Inc. in Kissimmee, FL. As a babysitter, you will be responsible for the care and well-being of our children, providing a safe and nurturing environment that promotes their physical, emotional, and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and supervision to our children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks for our children, taking into account any dietary restrictions or allergies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized living space, including light housekeeping and laundry duties.
  • Engage in age-appropriate activities with our children, promoting their cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Establish a positive and respectful relationship with our children, built on trust, empathy, and open communication.
  • Communicate effectively with our family, keeping us informed of our children's daily activities, meals, and any issues that may arise.
  • Be reliable, organized, and able to multitask, juggling multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Have reliable transportation to and from our home.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred, but not required.

  • A love of working with children and a passion for helping others.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our family.
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
