Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Valet Driver to join our team at ABM Industries in Kissimmee, FL. As a Valet Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a smooth and efficient parking experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Traffic Flow: Manage the flow of traffic to ensure a safe and efficient parking experience.
  • Communicate Effectively: Clearly communicate valet procedures, information, and directions to guests.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide assistance with loading and unloading, and interact with guests in a friendly manner.
  • Monitor and Secure Vehicles: Monitor illegal parking, store vehicles, and collect and secure guest keys.
  • Manage Cash and Credit Transactions: Accurately tally and split the tip pool, receive and receipt valet payments, and reconcile daily revenue.
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment: Operate, park, and retrieve vehicles safely, and keep the work area clean of debris.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Driving Skills: Must be able to operate both standard and automatic transmissions.
