We're looking for a skilled Long-Term Support Specialist to join our team at Pioneer Resources As a Long-Term Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing support to customers working at various employment sites throughout Muskegon and Ottawa County.
About the Role: This position involves facilitating effective communication among employers, employees, funders, and families, ensuring exceptional customer service, and responding to phone calls within 24 hours. You'll also be responsible for supporting individuals in long-term employment placements at various worksites, aiding in the collection of pay stubs, and educating employees on submitting wages to social security.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in psychology, public administration, human services, marketing, or related field
- Valid Michigan Driver's license and good driving record
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually, depending on experience.
