Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Transaction Processor to join our team at Randstad. As a Transaction Processor, you will play a critical role in capturing and validating complex data, pre-adjudicating documents, and ensuring accurate information is available for next steps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture and validate complex data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Pre-adjudicate documents and correct data to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Research and examine issues to ensure information is available for next steps.
  • Conduct extra searches to extract accurate data and input the same.
  • Complete assignments using multiple source documents to verify data.
  • Follow up on pending research documents to ensure timely completion.
  • Return electronic data forms to customers for additional information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team's goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience level: Experienced.
