We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Lawyer to join our client's Equipment Finance Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in transactional law, particularly in equipment finance and transportation equipment transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent financial institutions, private investment firms, lenders, borrowers, lessors, and lessees in equipment finance transactions
  • Advise on direct loans, leases, securitizations, credit facilities, and purchase and sale transactions
  • Provide expertise on transportation equipment, including aircraft and rail

Requirements

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in transactional law
  • Strong knowledge of equipment finance and transportation equipment transactions
