Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Education and Support: Provide patients with accurate and informative guidance on cannabis products, their benefits, and potential side effects.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings, including strains, dosages, and delivery methods, to effectively recommend the best options for patients.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process patient orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies or issues to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the dispensary team to ensure seamless operations, sharing knowledge, and best practices to enhance the patient experience.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
