  • Use health information systems and technology to improve healthcare outcomes
  • Oversee the development and implementation of care delivery models
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Nursing with an emphasis on the Clinical Nurse Specialist role
  • Minimum three years acute care nursing experience in a specific area of specialty
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • National clinical certification in assigned area of practice within six months of employment
Work Schedule

Full-time day shift, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week

Adventist HealthCare offers a competitive salary range of $83,112.12 - $124,675.20 and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
