Retail Sales Leader

As a Retail Sales Leader at Banner's Hallmark, you will be responsible for driving results, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing the operational functioning of the store. You will be a role model of best practices in sales and service, and will be expected to share knowledge, communicate goals and daily priorities, and manage daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and proactively oversee the customer experience, maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Engage customers and assist in fulfilling their needs by building relationships and sharing product knowledge.
- Ensure the selling floor and backroom are clean, neat, and orderly every day, and participate in processing of shipments and replenishment of the selling floor.
- Utilize company guidelines to make effective merchandising decisions and hold the store to standard.
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees by providing customer service and operations training.
Requirements
- Two or more years of sales lead experience preferred.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills, as well as effective management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with technology required; computer-based training expertise is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
