Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Business Development Strategies: Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to ensure the successful execution of projects, from conceptual design to construction completion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to achieve targets.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Experience: 12+ years of experience in client-facing roles for healthcare projects, with knowledge of OSHPD or HCAI requirements.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Licensed Architect and AIA, CID, NCIDQ, or equivalent certifications.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and effectively in a cross-disciplinary team atmosphere.
