About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Process Maintenance Technician I to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve systems and equipment reliability in assigned process areas
  • Reduce system/equipment downtime associated with assigned processes
  • Support operation of assigned processes
  • Work in a safe and environmentally responsible manner
  • Actively improve performance and reliability of process equipment
  • Restore function to equipment in an effective and technically correct manner
  • Actively participate in and support Event Response
  • Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on assigned processes
  • Operate, monitor, control equipment, systems, and processes assigned
  • Support and implement system/equipment reliability improvement projects
  • Support and assist in all aspects of process operations
  • Record and review production data in BPR's and associated forms
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent military training or industrial training
  • Minimum of three years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledgeable in compressed air, electro-mechanical controls, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and robotics
  • Ability and experience with automated records systems such as SAP, schematics, wiring diagrams, and other technical documents
  • Computer literacy
  • Support planning and execution of process functions and assist in coordination of planned and corrective maintenance activities to ensure successful process performance
