  • Manage scheduling for subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Conduct quality assurance for ongoing work.
  • Collaborate with the project team on ASI's, RFI's, and Material Submittals.
  • Verify that subcontractors adhere to their scope of work.
  • Organize inspections and enforce safety regulations.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts affecting construction progress.
  • Maintain a daily log of jobsite activities.
  • Ensure all identified deficiencies are rectified.
  • Participate in subcontractor meetings and facilitate work coordination.
  • Oversee punch list creation and completion.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years leading Federal Construction Projects
  • CQCM Certification required
  • EM 385 certification necessary
  • Experience with ground-up construction
  • Previous project management of $5M+ projects
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • OSHA 30 certification
