Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Dermatology Skin Health Professional to join our Consumer Care team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our consumer skincare portfolio to healthcare providers and other key office staff members in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute field-based product promotion strategies to increase patient demand for our consumer skincare portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare providers and their staff to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives for designated product portfolio and other key performance indicators.
- Utilize sales tools and resources to identify trends and execute action plans to drive sales growth.
- Record sales call notes, track samples, and manage territory activities through our data reporting system.
- Manage resources effectively to engage and create impact with healthcare professionals.
- Attend medical meetings and conferences as needed to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Two years of outside business-to-business sales experience preferred.
- Strong track record of consistent documented success in sales performance.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to travel overnight as needed.
- Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build strong relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
